Painter and illustrator from a small town in Serbia, specialising in portraiture and figurative art in digital and traditional media. She studied Design in high school, has a Master degree in Applied Painting from Belgrade College of Applied Arts, and afterwards Fine Art & Illustration in Paris. She likes to experiment and use different techniques in her work such as oil, acrylic on canvas, graphite or charcoal or ink on paper, ranging in sizes from miniatures to large formats, and also digital painting using a drawing tablet and Photoshop particularly in her illustration work. Inspiration comes from everyday life, photography, videos, cinema, stories that people would usually pass by without looking twice. She pays attention to these little random things and wants to bring them to another dimension and change their value, and they have become a starting base of her work. The subject matter varies, but mostly the focus is on the complexity of the human condition and emotion, often slightly underlined with something serious, dark, dangerous and, above all, unusual.
